Can I order fabric samples before committing to a large purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches. You can select the 'Order Sample' option on any product page to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations before placing a full order.
How long does it take to receive custom-made drapes?
Custom drapery orders typically move into production within 48 hours. Please allow 2-3 weeks for tailoring and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
What is your return policy for cut-to-length fabric?
Because fabric is cut specifically to your requested dimensions, we cannot accept returns on cut yardage unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Are your fabrics suitable for upholstery projects?
While many of our fabrics are versatile, we recommend checking the 'Double Rub' count in the product specifications. Fabrics with a rating of 15,000 or higher are generally suitable for residential upholstery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Fabrics and Drapes ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the fabric and your destination.
How should I clean and maintain my drapes?
Maintenance depends on the material. Most of our linens and silks are dry-clean only, while our synthetic blends may be machine washable on a delicate cycle. Please refer to the care label included with your order.
